Even though it was a crazy weather day and we were unable to go to our normal Tuesday swimming pool, Magic Tree House Camp and Daring Camp still found ways to have fun! Magic Tree House started their day by making boats and taking a hike! Daring Camp gathered on the softball field for a round of Frisbee Golf.
After lunch, Magic Tree House and Daring campers combined for some water play! Campers played "Hot Potato" with water balloons, Drip Drip Spash, and played on a Slip and Slide in the sprinklers!
Unfortunately, our water play had to come to an abrupt end because it started to rain! Daring Camp returned to Reid Lodge for a game of Table Football. Magic Tree House Camp had a Pirate Naming Ceremony, decorated Jolly Roger flags, and played Pirate Bingo!
Tomorrow is Field Trip day! Please be sure to send your camper in his or her green Summer at Laurel tshirt!
