WacKY WeDneSDaY: Red, White, & Blue

It's Wacky Wednesday here at Butler Campus! Magic Tree House and Daring campers came to camp in their best patriotic outfits.

After our Wacky Wednesday display, campers continued their morning with fun activities. Magic Tree House made Playwriting Journals, a place to write down all their ideas for plays. They also played an acting game where two campers acted out a fairy tale and the others had to guess what story they were acting. Daring Camp played a kickball game and spent the rest of the morning on the Adventure course, where they had fun practicing their balancing and teamwork skills on Mohawk Walk.

In the afternoon, campers spent time on the playground and building toad homes! Magic Tree House camp went to the creek and finished reading about Jack and Annie's adventures. Daring camp made Bird Seed Trail Mix and dissected owl pellets! Campers had fun trying to identify bones to determine what animal was inside their owl pellet.

To finish our week at camp and to celebrate WacKY WeDneSDay, campers made flubber and enjoyed popsicles!

Thanks for a great week at camp!
